JOB TITLE:	Group Leader/Exercise Leader
HOURS:	Part-time.
LOCATION:	Vineyard
DUTIES:	Responsible for conducting the exercise portion including designing exercise routines appropriate to the age and disability status of the clients, providing counseling to the clients and their caregivers related to the exercise, and being responsible for safety issues. Responsible for coordinating the operations of Health Support Groups including coordinating class schedules, logistical arrangements with site personnel, being responsible for safety issues, group health education, discussion and socialization components, leading therapeutic discussions, providing counseling and case management, and supervising group volunteers.
QUALIFICATION:	4-year college degree from an accredited school.
