DUTIES:	Answer incoming inquiries regarding products & services from customers. Maintain up-to-date information on new products & services. Resolve customer issues. Make changes to accounts. Respond customer's requests and provide necessary information. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:	HS diploma or GED. Excellent verbal communication & customer service skills. Solid written communication & math skills.
