JOB TITLE:	Residential Loan Officer
HOURS:	Full-time
LOCATION:	Oahu
DUTIES:	Makes recommendations regarding loan approval to the chief underwriter with backup data to support the recommendation. This includes accurately assembling customer files and obtaining the documentation necessary to meet investor standards. Inputs customer information into a computer processing system and monitors the flow of loans through the system. Answers phone inquiries.
QUALIFICATION:	HS Degree. Knowledge of mortgage loans and deposit products and custtomer service and sales experience. Working knowledge of personal computers: Word for Windows, Excel. Ability to operate typewriter, facsimile machine, copier machine, 10-key calculator, HP financial calculator, telephone. Valid drivers license.
