JOB TITLE:	Candy Maker/Utility
HOURS:	Full-time. 40 hours, Monday - Friday, varied hours
LOCATION:	Honolulu
DUTIES:	Under the supervision of the Lead Utility, prepares, mixes, cooks, pours, spreads, and cuts candy following specific formulas. Forms and loads shipping cartons; manually stacks and moves cased products; provides logistical support for all production and packaging activities. Cleans, maintains, and assists with the repair of all production and packaging machinery/equipment. Performs other work-related duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:	High school graduate or GED. Able to reach, grasp, handle at a machine-paced level of activity. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently. Able to work in warm temperatures. TB clearance. Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
