DUTIES:	Work on various work sites island wide performing basic grounds maintenance duties to include: trimming, mowing, planting, watering, cutting, edging, weeding, and raking.
QUALIFICATION:	Able to operate groundkeeper tools such as small lawn mowers, weedeaters, edgers, blowers, and any other related maintenance equipment. Valid driver's license with current clean driveers abstract required. Able to work with minimal supervision.
