JOB TITLE:	Occupational Therapist
HOURS:	Full-time
LOCATION:	Honolulu
DUTIES:	Work with youth on IEP goals specific to occupational therapy services, standard and non-standard testing for evaluation purposes, sensory integration screening and interventions, services as listed under OT scope of practice and documentation in the OT section of the progress notes. Valid Hawaii driver's license, a clear driver's abstract, and willingness to travel in personal vehicle on an as-needed basis.
QUALIFICATION:	Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency - general major. Basic knowledge or training in a specialized or technical field or trade such as social work, professional accounting, finance, business administration, and marketing. Licensure required.
